Exeter is a private credit platform focused on assembling bank-grade loan portfolios backed by real operating assets. Our role is to stand between our sponsors and the global debt markets: we help our clients present their projects in a clear, disciplined way, and we help investors understand exactly what stands behind each proposed exposure. This includes careful attention to underwriting standards, documentation quality, collateral arrangements and long-term repayment capacity.
Exeter is designed to fit within a broader trust estate driven and covenanted bond structure, where portfolios of qualifying loans ultimately support both publicly-listed and private-issue debt securities distributed to institutional investors everywhere in the free world.
